My name is Lucie  and I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor  I graduated with a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology. 

I have been working with individuals, couples and families for over 20 years. I specialize in relationships (couples, parent-child, family and individuals), trauma and parenting.  Other areas that  fall within my scope of practice and experience include: depression, stress and anxiety, family conflict, suicide intervention, prevention and recovery of self-harm, addictions, anger management, parenting, self-esteem, couple's conflict, relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, grief and loss, eating disorders, life transitions, LGBTQIA, and abuse.

I am certified in Imago Relationship Therapy, Imago Parenting and Somatic Experiencing Trauma Treatment. I am also a certified Individual and Group Coach.

I am a Bilingual Mental Health Counsellor I am fluent in both English and French and I have worked many years with diverse cultures and Indigenous communities.

I have 12 years of post secondary studies in counselling and my approach is client-centred, tailored to fit each client. Being empathic and non-judgmental is my number one priority, which supports individuals to build resilience and self-actualization.
